Software for Fitness
Gyms, studios, and coaching brands run on retention. We build membership systems, booking, workout tracking, and engagement loops that keep members showing up.

Built around the member journey.
From first trial to renewal, every touchpoint is a retention opportunity — we digitize the whole loop.

Most fitness software manages billing and ignores the reason members leave: invisibility of progress. We make progress visible and celebrated.
Owners get the mirror image — attendance dips and churn-risk flags before the cancellation email arrives.

Workouts, progress, streaks, and community in their pocket.
Trainer platforms
Programs, check-ins, and client tracking for coaching businesses.
{ 04 } — What makes it hard
The product is used least by the people paying for it.
Fitness businesses are subscription businesses with a physical footprint, and their software problems all trace back to that mismatch.
Attendance predicts churn better than anything else
A member who stops coming cancels weeks later, and by then the conversation is about a refund. The system's most valuable output is an early attendance signal that reaches a human while intervention is still possible.
Class capacity is a fairness problem
Popular slots are oversubscribed, no-shows waste capacity someone else wanted, and waitlists only work if they promote quickly enough to be useful. Booking rules here are policy decisions with real member consequences.
Trainers are the relationship, and they move
Members follow individual trainers, so trainer scheduling, client assignment, and the handover when someone leaves determine retention more than any facility feature.
Health data arrives incidentally
Weight, measurements, injuries, and wearable metrics accumulate without anyone deciding they should. The moment a system holds them, it is holding health data with the obligations that come attached.
{ 05 } — What you have to get right
Body metrics are health data, whatever the app calls them.
Weight, body composition, injury notes, and wearable-derived heart data are personal health information under DPDP regardless of the casual context they were collected in. Consent, access control, and a decided retention period all apply — and 'the trainer needed it' is not a lawful basis by itself.
Subscription billing brings the other half. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund handling have to match what was represented at signup, and where cards are on file the compliant position is tokenisation at the gateway rather than storage anywhere in the platform.
- Health and body metrics treated as sensitive data, with access limited to who needs it
- Consent captured for what is collected and for how it is used
- Card details tokenised, never stored by the platform
- Cancellation and refund behaviour matching what was promised at signup
- Member data retention and deletion decided rather than defaulted

Frequently asked questions
It can tell you who has stopped attending, which is the same information several weeks earlier. Attendance decay is the strongest churn signal in this business, and the value is in routing it to a person who will call rather than into a monthly report.
With a waitlist that promotes fast enough to be useful, a late-cancellation window, and no-show tracking that feeds booking privileges. These are policy decisions with real member consequences, so we implement the rule you choose rather than a default that quietly annoys your best members.
Yes — multi-location management with branch-level reporting and central control is a standard build.
Yes — biometric and QR-based entry integrate with membership status automatically.
Both — plans, passes, and drop-in payments with automated renewals and dunning.
