Software for Logistics
Consignments, vehicles, hubs, and proof of delivery — we build logistics systems where nothing moves untracked and nothing arrives undocumented.

Every consignment, accounted for.
Logistics margins hide in empty kilometres and lost paperwork — both are fixable with the right system.
Structure
- Route & hub modeling
- Consignment lifecycle
- Rate & billing rules
Track
- Dispatch & assignment
- Live vehicle tracking
- Proof of delivery
Optimize
- Utilization dashboards
- Exception alerts
- Billing & reconciliation
PODs lost in glove boxes become billing disputes weeks later. Digital proof — photo, signature, timestamp, location — closes consignments the moment they deliver.
And dispatchers finally see the network as it is: which vehicles run full, which lanes run empty, and where the margin leaks.
{ 03 } — What we build
What we build for logistics.
Dispatch & tracking
Assignment, live location, and ETA visibility per consignment.
Proof of delivery
Photo, OTP, and signature capture that ends disputes.
Freight billing
Rate cards, invoices, and reconciliation without spreadsheets.
Network analytics
Lane utilization, turnaround times, and cost per trip.
{ 04 } — What makes it hard
The consignment is tracked; the exception is not.
Happy-path tracking is a solved problem. Logistics systems are judged on the small percentage of consignments that go wrong, and these four are where they do.
Proof of delivery is contested more than it is captured
A signature on a glass screen, a photograph, and an OTP all prove different things to different counterparties. What matters is which one your customer's finance team accepts when they are withholding payment on a disputed delivery.
The driver's phone is the weakest link and the only link
Battery, data, and willingness all vary, and the app competes with driving. Anything requiring more than a scan and a tap at the doorstep will be completed in a batch at the end of the route, which destroys the timestamps the tracking depends on.
Addresses are not addresses
Indian delivery addresses are landmarks, floors, and phone calls more than they are coordinates. Route optimisation built on geocoding alone produces sequences that look efficient and take longer than the driver's own order.
Every hop is a handover of liability
Consignments change hands between first mile, hub, line haul, and last mile, often across companies. Without a clean custody record at each hop, a damage claim becomes an argument rather than a lookup.
{ 05 } — What you have to get right
Goods in motion carry paperwork that must match them.
The e-way bill is the constraint that shapes everything else. Consignments above the threshold cannot legally move without one, its validity is distance- and time-bound, and a vehicle change mid-journey requires an update — so the system that plans the movement and the system that generates the document cannot be two systems that reconcile weekly.
Vehicle and driver documentation runs in parallel. Permits, fitness, insurance, and licence validity are dated obligations under MoRTH's framework, and a fleet system that does not surface them before expiry converts an administrative task into a detained vehicle.
- E-way bill generation, extension, and vehicle updates tied to the actual movement
- GST-correct documentation travelling with the consignment, not following it
- Vehicle permit, fitness, and insurance expiry surfaced before the date, not after
- Driver licence validity checked against assignment, not at onboarding only
- Custody records at every hop, retained for the claim period
- Proof of delivery captured in the form the paying customer accepts

Frequently asked questions
Deliveries already completed are held on the device and sync when it charges; deliveries after that point are recorded by the hub against the driver from customer confirmation. The gap is visible rather than silently filled, which is what makes the day's data trustworthy afterwards.
Yes — generated from the consignment as it is dispatched rather than re-keyed, with validity tracked and vehicle updates handled when a load changes trucks mid-journey. That last case is the one manual processes miss and detentions come from.
The driver app is deliberately minimal — accept, navigate, deliver, capture proof. Most drivers are productive on day one.
Yes — owned and hired fleets are both modeled, with per-trip settlement for market vehicles.
Yes — status webhooks and tracking APIs let your clients see their consignments in their own tools.
