These terms govern your use of digipixmedia.in and set the general frame for our engagements. Individual projects are governed by their signed proposals and master service agreements, which prevail over these terms where they differ.
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent it as your own.
Consultations are free and non-binding. Work begins only after a written proposal — covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees — is accepted by both parties. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they affect cost or schedule.
On full payment, clients own the custom code, designs, and documentation delivered for their project. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. The DigiPix Media name and mark remain ours.
Information shared during enquiries and engagements is treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request and standard in enterprise engagements.
We warrant that delivered work will materially conform to its agreed specification, and we fix non-conformities under the engagement's support terms. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement concerned; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Delhi having jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
