Digipix Media (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to digipixmedia.in and to the enquiries you send us.
Information you give us directly: your name, company, email, phone number, and project details when you submit a consultation request, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a role. Basic usage data: pages visited and approximate location, collected via standard analytics to understand how the site is used.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve the website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality.
Data we access while building or maintaining your systems remains yours. It is used only for the engagement, protected under our contracts and NDAs, and never used to train models or serve other clients.
Enquiry data is kept while we correspond and for a reasonable period after; newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices across our systems.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Write to info@digipixmedia.in and we will respond within 30 days.
